Users may create or connect accounts through supported third-party services such as Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn. Your relationship with those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Session Booking
Coachees are responsible for reviewing Coach profiles and evaluating the suitability, expertise, credentials, references, insurance policies, and qualifications of any Coach before booking.
A Coachee may review a Coach calendar and book a free trial session where available. Paid bookings require valid payment details with sufficient funds.
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A Coachee may cancel up to 12 hours before a session begins unless the parties agree otherwise.
The platform facilitates bookings and payments, but it does not guarantee the contractual relationship or outcomes between Coaches and Coachees.
Sessions
Before a session begins, both parties should log in and start the session through the platform. Both parties should also use the platform to indicate the end of a session.
Both parties agree to arrive no later than five minutes after the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may affect session time and payment.
If a session ends early, unused time may be handled according to the platform rules and any arrangement between the parties.
Payments
Fees may include Coach Fees, Platform Fees, commissions, and applicable taxes. Coaches are responsible for reporting income and paying taxes required by applicable law.
The platform may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal. If payment fails, the platform may cancel the scheduled session.
Refund eligibility depends on the reason for the request, platform rules, applicable law, and whether purchased services have already been accessed or used.
Coach Undertakings
- Coaches are responsible for deciding whether to offer services through the platform.
- Coaches are responsible for setting their Coach Fees.
- Coaches understand that Coachee reviews may appear on public profiles and elsewhere on the platform.
- Coaches are independent users of the platform and are not employees of Coach Tribe LLC.
Disputes
A Coachee may submit a complaint if a Coach misses a session, a session is not held, a session lasts less than booked due to a failure, or a platform issue prevents service delivery.
Complaints should be submitted by email within 24 hours after the scheduled session finish time and should include relevant evidence such as screenshots.
If a complaint relates to platform failure, Coach Tribe may issue a refund according to platform rules. If it relates to Coach fault, the parties may be asked to resolve the matter directly.
